If you have successfully placed an order recently and have not received it yet, see if we’ve already sent your package. Find the status of your order below:
Click Your Account at the top corner of any of our webpage
Click View open orders and sign in with your e-mail address and password.
On the next page, you’ll see your order details.
It means that we have started preparing your order, but not dispatched so far. It will be shipped, usually within 72 hours from the midnight of ordering day. You cannot make changes to an order that is already placed and under processing.
It means that we have prepared your parcel and waiting for the pickup boy to pick it up from our warehouse. You cannot cancel the order that is already packed or is in subsequent stages of transit.
It means that we have sent your order on the date indicated. You can check the estimated delivery date in Your Account. We have also sent you docket/AWB number via SMS and email, you may track your parcel directly on courier company’s website too, by typing that number.
Out for Delivery:
It means that your package is out for delivery and should be delivered on the day when you receive the message from us. Sometimes, the delivery boy can’t locate your address and/or can’t call you too on the same day, if that happens, don’t worry, just call the customer care number of the courier company and enquire about your docket number.
It means that your package has been delivered. In case you have not received it personally, please check with your family members in case of a residential address or the office security/ mailroom etc, in case it is a business address. You can track your package here.
It means that we have successfully delivered your order and settled all dues against MRP changes and/or broken/unavailable medicines.
It means that your order was cancelled due to unavoidable reasons and we have refunded your full paid amount either in website’s wallet or in the same mode of payment you used while checkout.
It means that your order has been kept on hold by us due to delay in arranging those medicines which are not available in our warehouse. We are striving hard to arrange it from companies’ distributors ASAP.
It means that you ordered with us choosing those non-digital mode of payment which require you to deposit amount via cheque/demand draft/net banking/cash deposit etc directly in our bank account; rather than via payment gateway. Your payment is still pending and the order has not been accepted by us so far. Once you pay and inform us, we will process your order.
It means that you tried to make payment digitally while checkout, but the payment got stuck due to reasons unknown, by payment gateway partners. Your amount might have debited from your account, but it has not been credited in our account via payment gateway. If this happens, send us the transaction id of the transaction from your bank statement along with screenshot of the payment done and/or other necessary details to our mail id, we will cross verify your transaction with payment gateway partners and will process your order.
It means that you tried to make payment while checkout, but the payment got failed due to reasons unknown, by payment gateway partners. Your amount might have debited from your account, but it has not been credited in our account via payment gateway. If this happens, send us the transaction id of the transaction from your bank statement along with screenshot of the payment done and/or other necessary details to our mail id, we will cross verify your transaction with payment gateway partners and will process your order.
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us or just call the customer care number of the courier company and we will do everything possible to track your package.
If you cannot find your order in Your Account, it’s possible that you may not have completed the checkout process. Click the Cart button on the top right corner of any of our pages and check if your items are still in your cart. If yes, click Proceed to Checkout to begin the purchase process. If you can’t find your product in Your Account or in your Cart, it’s possible that you may have placed your order using an account associated with a different e-mail address.
