Constipation

Normal bowel patterns vary a great deal from person to person. One person’s normal pattern may be a bowel movement two to three times daily, while another person may move their bowels once every 3 days without problem. It is not essential to have a daily bowel movement to maintain good health. The information here is for the treatment of occasional bowel difficulties. If problems recur frequently or persist, your practitioner should be consulted, as this can indicate an internal imbalance that should be addressed.
